Yes. We match knife geometry and heat treatment to the material you process. Send us your worn knives and we'll analyse how they failed and adjust the next batch. The goal is fewer knife changes and a lower cost per tonne.

European tool steel, held in our own stock. Depending on the application we use grades such as 1.2379 (K110) and 1.2360 (K329), hardened up to 58–60 HRC. Grade and hardness are listed on each product page.

We're the manufacturer. KN Knives is a family-owned company in Slovenia that has made industrial machine knives since 1996. Cutting, CNC machining, heat treatment and grinding all happen in our own plant, certified to ISO 9001:2015.
